Face to Face – £195

Relaxed and comfortable group sessions facilitated by me on Zoom or face to face in a lovely calming venue in Glossop. Groups will be set to a maximum of 8 couples online or 6 couples for face to face. This is a complete birth preparation course that will provide you with an opportunity to learn in a safe space whilst getting to know other expectant parents.

Information about the maternity system and how to navigate through this during pregnancy to achieve the best results for you and your baby
Birth choices and how to be fully informed about your pregnancy and birth options so that you are able to make the right decisions for you and your baby
An easy schedule of daily practice techniques to use at home

WHEN SHOULD I ATTEND?

I would suggest any time after 24 weeks of pregnancy, the sooner you complete the course the longer you will have to practice techniques, making them second nature and so easy to use for birth, you will also get longer to enjoy the benefits of the relaxations, breathing and positivity and information to guide you through your pregnancy. However, it is never too late, and I have also taught couples at 39 weeks who have found the course extremely beneficial even at this stage.
