Full Course (3 x 3hr sessions) £345

Condensed Course (1 x 4.5hr session) £200

If you live in or around the Glossop area I can come and facilitate these sessions in your home. This is a complete birth preparation course, which will be tailored to your individual needs in your own familiar surroundings. This course will provide you with an opportunity to learn the magic of Hypnobirthing with all your home comforts and can be particularly useful if you are experiencing specific anxieties that you would prefer to work through in private sessions. I can arrange your course at a time and in a structure that is convenient for you.

WHEN SHOULD I ATTEND?

I would suggest any time after 24 weeks of pregnancy, the sooner you complete the course the longer you will have to practice techniques, making them second nature and so easy to use for birth, you will also get longer to enjoy the benefits of the relaxations, breathing and positivity and information to guide you through your pregnancy. However, it is never too late, and I have also taught couples at 39 weeks who have found the course extremely beneficial even at this stage.
