Your privacy is important to me and Birthcare is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains what personal data I collect from you and how I use it. I may change this policy from time to time so please check this page occasionally.

The personal data which Birthcare collects may include, but is not limited to:

If you are an expectant parent, I also collect the date your baby is due and I may keep a record of your baby’s name and birth-date.

I do not, and will never, sell any of your personal data.

How I collect personal data

I obtain information about you when you use my website, for example, when you contact me about Birthcare Hypnobirthing courses.

Google Analytics

When someone visits www.birthcare.co.uk I use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. I do this to find out information such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the website. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify individuals. I do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting my website.

Mailing Lists

When you register with me by for example placing an order, registering for a course, requesting a free download or signing up for daily affirmations, I collect personal information.

I use this information to send you newsletters and other communications to:

Tell you about my products and services
Inform you about changes to my products and services

I do not rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

I use a third-party organisations Stripe and Ticket Tailor for my customer booking system. I am committed to ensuring that all third-party organisations are GDPR compliant with appropriate Privacy policies. Occasionally I use re-marketing to further share information with you. This involves placing a cookie on your computer when you browse my website, I then use a third party to share further information about my products and services.
