Booking
Course fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the first session. Fees are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances. A Birthcare Hypnobirthing booking does not constitute the creation of a contract and Birthcare reserves the right to decline to process a booking for any reason whatsoever. If the booking is not able to be fulfilled, Birthcare will promptly refund the total fees.
Cancellations
The fee will be repaid promptly in full if your baby arrives before the course begins, if you are already in receipt of course materials then £55 will be taken off the refund amount. In the unlikely event of the course being cancelled by Birthcare a full refund will be made. Birthcare reserves the right to cancel or amend any course, course times, dates or published prices. Changes to course prices, times and dates will be advised before the course start date and any course already paid in full will not be subject to any price increase.
In the event of participant cancellation prior to the start of the course, fees are non-refundable. All course fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation of the course after one or more of the course sessions.
In the very unlikely event of your Birthcare hypnobirthing course being cancelled, attempts will be made to reschedule. If a suitable rescheduled time cannot be agreed with participants, then a full refund of the total course fee will be given.
In the unlikely event that sessions are cancelled after your course has started, attempts will be made to reschedule remaining sessions, if a suitable rescheduled time cannot be agreed with participants then a refund for sessions remaining will be made. (This sum will be calculated as the total course fee divided by the total number of sessions in the full course. No refund will be made for sessions already completed.
Intellectual Property
Any recording or written material included as part of this course or arising from this course and all rights worldwide (including Intellectual Property Rights) relating thereto respectively are the sole property of Birthcare (whether or not protected by trademark and copyright laws) and may not be used other than for the personal use of the participant without obtaining written permission. The participant agrees not to record the course or any part thereof.
